After you download the file, or after a short session timeout period if you do not download it, both your uploaded file and the output file are permanently deleted from our servers. This deletion is automatic and happens without any action required from you. The files are not moved to an archive or backup. They are simply removed and no longer accessible to anyone including our own team.
We never open, read, analyse, or otherwise process the content of your files beyond what is technically necessary to perform the conversion or tool operation you requested. A person converting a bank statement, a medical record, a legal contract, or any other sensitive document can use PdfTechSoft with confidence that the content of that document is not being accessed by anyone on our end.
