When you contact PdfTechSoft you are not sending a message into a void. Every submission through this form goes directly to our team and is read by a real person. We do not use automated replies that leave you with generic responses that do not actually address what you asked. If you have a specific problem with one of our free all file converter tools, we look into it properly and get back to you with a real answer.
Our response time is typically within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends we still check messages and respond to urgent issues, though routine enquiries may take slightly longer if submitted over a Saturday or Sunday. If you have not received a reply after 48 hours, please check your spam folder first as our reply can occasionally end up there depending on your email provider's filters.
There is no question too small or too specific to send our way. The most common reasons people contact us include trouble with a specific conversion tool where the output did not come out the way they expected, file upload issues where a document is not being accepted, questions about file privacy and how long uploaded files are kept on our servers, requests to add a new tool or conversion type that is not currently available on the platform, and general questions about how to use a specific feature correctly.
We also welcome feedback about the platform even when it is critical. If something about the way a tool works does not make sense, if the interface is confusing in a particular place, or if a result you received was not what you needed, telling us about it directly is the fastest way to get it fixed. If a specific tool is not working correctly, the most useful thing you can include in your message is the name of the tool you were using, the file format you were trying to convert from and to, a brief description of what happened versus what you expected, and the browser and device you were using at the time. This information lets us reproduce the issue on our end much faster and usually means we can resolve it and get back to you with a solution in a single reply rather than going back and forth multiple times. You do not need to attach the file itself since we never ask for copies of user documents for privacy reasons.
